- WJ Crew (the rowing team for Walter Johnson High School) again offers a “Learn to Row” (LTR) program this fall. The program is open to anyone who is attending Walter Johnson High School.
- Details of Fall LTR:
- Dates: September 16 to 21, 2024.
- Location: Bladensburg Waterfront Park (4601 Annapolis Road, Bladensburg, MD) – transportation is provided for fall LTR, except for Saturday, September 21st, where participants need to organize their own transportation. Bus departs from and returns to Walter Johnson High School.
- Time: Monday through Friday – 2:45 PM to 7:00 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM
- Cost: Free!
- The program teaches the fundamentals of rowing and offers an on-the-water experience with WJ Crew coaches and athletes.
- This is a great way to try out rowing and learn about our nationally recognized team!
