Mid-Atlantic Erg Sprints

We had a great day at the Mid Atlantic Erg Sprints!
There were several new PRs (personal records), and some good race pieces that were close to new records. We had several medals earned, top 5 and top 10 finishes. Even those who didn’t have their best day put in a great effort.
Erg Sprints is tough venue to PR, and is a great opportunity to prepare for the stress and pressure of Championship races in May! This weekend was a great indicator that the team continues to improve and is headed in the right direction.
